We would like to inform you that Unimet Automotive Greviance procedure has been extended to the possibility of reporting any irregularities also by external organizations.

Therefore the Regulations for submitting greviances have been posted on the Unimet Automotive website in the Contact tab. These regulations establish the procedure for the submission, receipt and consideration of greviances addressed to Unimet Automotive and was drawn up in order to maintain the highest standards of reliability, confidentiality and transparency at every stage of the greviance examination. The regulations apply to greviances filed internally by employees as well as by external interested parties.

We encourage you to use it in case of such necessity.

We are pleased to inform you that we were awarded with the Perfect Quality reward by one of our major customers: Nexteer Automotive.The award is granted to selected suppliers for their excellent performance in quality. This is the third award received from that customer. In 2014, we received an award for a perfect new BMW project launching and in 2015 for Outstanding Supplier for excellent performance in such areas like costs, quality, new launches and suppliers.

15 of our emploees run for the first time in XXXII edition of Paprocany Pearl in Tychy. We run with the slogan : Together we run further.  Most of participants estabilished their life records and they certainly earned their medals! We cant wait for the following autum edition of the run and we hope for even larger team 😉

26.10.2019 representatives of Unimet Automotive participated as speakers in the II Lean Conference for SMEs organised at Cracow University of Economics by our bisnes partner – company Lean Action Plan. The main conference’s topic was “Lean Production- Thanks people through processes up to the system”, where beside lectures about tools and Mastermind sessions, two companies including ours shared their experiances regarding work culture. Our representatives presented our way to good work since the beggining of coopartaion with Lean Action Plan including our organisational and mental metamorphosis. From May until September 2019 Unimet Automotive participated in The Silesian Technical Unimversity project entitled ” The Silesia Technical University as a research center at a field of education for automotive industry needs”. The main purpose of a project was an increase of education quality and effectivnes adjusted to automotive industry needs through preparing and testing of 5 education programs. Unimet Automotive participated in preparing of education programs and participants recruitments and after that 8 project participants did an intership at our plant preparing to further work. We acted as intership supervisor and participated in interships final results summary. We would like to thank to The SIlesian Technical University for cooperation within the project.
