Lean Conference 2019

26.10.2019 representatives of Unimet Automotive participated as speakers in the II Lean Conference for SMEs organised at Cracow University of Economics by our bisnes partner – company Lean Action Plan. The main conference’s topic was “Lean Production- Thanks people through processes up to the system”, where beside lectures about tools and Mastermind sessions, two companies including ours shared their experiances regarding work culture. Our representatives presented our way to good work since the beggining of coopartaion with Lean Action Plan including our organisational and mental metamorphosis.
